 Every day when I awake I pay close attention to my physical needs.  From cleaning my teeth to taking a shower; from choosing appropriate clothes for the day ahead, to feasting on breakfast.  A quick read through the headlines gets the brain into gear, and a last look in the mirror assures me I'm in good shape.

 Aah, that's me ready to face another day - in my own strength!  I've prepared my body, and that's made my soul feel OK but whose looking after my spirit's needs?  1 Thess. 5:23 says I am body, soul and spirit - a trinity in my own right! 
I am three in one.

 Just as my body and soul need "food" to survive, so does my spirit - and God has provided the nourishment it needs right there in His Word.  But where to read?!
